Testing & Certification

BYD Electronics Testing and Certification Center is accredited in ISO/IEC 17025, CNAS, A2LA and FCC/CE. The center can perform accurate and efficient tests and certifications, from development to mass production, and from material supply to product roll-out; including dimension tests, material analysis, surface analysis, reliability analysis and tests of RF, EMC and electroacoustic performance.

Forming Technologies

BYD Electronics is equipped with cutting-edge and complete forming technology package, such as injection, silicone molding, forging, punching, die-casting and CNC. Driven by BYD's powerful R&D capability, we have realized the large-scale mass production of the industry-leading Plastic-Metal Hybrid (PMH), micro slot antenna as well as 3D glass and toughen ceramic , to eventually deliver the arts to customers.

Surface Treatment
